Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Clariscale LLC, doing business as Clariscale Advisors (“Clariscale,” “we”), handles information on clariscaleadvisors.com. The short version: the site is a static informational site with one contact form. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising.

Information we collect

Contact form. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you submit: your name, email address, message, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number, company, and subject. Submissions are delivered to our business inbox as email via Resend, a transactional email provider, over encrypted connections. Resend processes the submission solely to deliver it and handles that data under its own privacy policy. The form’s anti-spam check (ALTCHA) runs entirely in your browser and on our own server: it sets no cookies, does no fingerprinting, and sends nothing to third parties.

Server logs. Like nearly every web server, ours records standard access logs: IP address, browser user-agent, request time, and the page requested. We use these only for security (detecting and blocking abuse) and troubleshooting. Logs rotate automatically and are kept for roughly two weeks.

Cookies and third parties. The site sets no cookies. There is no third-party analytics, no advertising network, no social media widget, and no external content delivery network — fonts, scripts, and images are all served from our own server.

How information is used

Contact-form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if the conversation continues, as ordinary business correspondence. Log data is used to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained as business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed. Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis, typically within about two weeks.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We honor reasonable requests in the spirit of frameworks like the GDPR and CCPA regardless of where you live. Reach us through the contact form or at the email address below.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, runs on a hardened, minimal server, and collects little enough that there is not much to protect. No security is perfect, but limiting collection is the most reliable safeguard there is.

Children

This site is directed at businesses and professionals, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, this page changes with them, along with the “last updated” date above.
